Can I access the Bill Pay Service to pay bills on the day of the conversion?
The Bill Pay Service will be unavailable on the day of the conversion, February 13, 2013. Any bill payments previously scheduled for payment that day will be paid after the conversion is complete. You will be able to access the new bill payment service on February 14, 2013
Will my User Name and Password change?
No, you will continue to use your current User Name and Password to log into our Online Banking Service.
How do I access the new Bill Pay Service?
On the Penn Security website, you will continue to select the Online or Online Plus Option and enter your User Name and Password.
Will the new Bill Pay service provide bill payment history?
The good news is that with the new service, history will begin to accumulate for any payment made after February 14, 2013.

What are the computer requirements for the new service?
